YES! (Youth Empowerment & Support)

The YES! Program is a Peer Support Training and weekly support group centered on recovery principles and practices. Participants will develop communication, self-care, and support skills while earning college-level credits and qualifying for Alaska Peer Support Certification.

Throughout the program, they will experience increased emotional health, hope, and empowerment, while also gaining valuable social service vocational skills. By the end of the training, participants will be prepared to step into paid community support or civic advocacy roles, strengthening community partnerships to support young Alaskans.
